We are located in the Northwest Crossing neighborhood at the corner of Mt. Washington Drive and Northwest Crossing Drive. The office location is on the second floor above Washington restaurant and Roundabout books. Parking is available on the east side of the building. There is both stair and elevator access to the second floor.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a podiatrist in Bend, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We currently accept Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Bridgespan, Cigna, First Choice, Medicaid Oregon Health Plan, Medicare, Moda, PacificSource, Providence Health, and United Heathcare. We are in process of credentialing with Tricare but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor.
